Implementation

The Detail of Business Implementation

Hiring Strategy

We will hire a senior developer (backend & frontend) from LinkedIn. To avoid unnecessary cost, we will take advantage of our free account trial. Since LinkedIn offers a free trial for the first premium user, we will take that benefit and use it for our hiring process.

The Premium trial ends in 1 Month. So, we need to find our candidates in that current period.

Salary / Payments to Worker

At first, we will try to propose to the Backend Dev with Rp. 10,000,000 → 517 €, and if the worker is unsatisfied with the offer, we will deliver our final offer, which is the maximum budget for Backend Developer Rp. 15,000,000 → 775 €.

Then, for the Frontend Developer, our first offer would be Rp. 15,000,000 → 775 € with the final offer is the maximum budget for Frontend Developer Rp. 20,000,000 → 1,035 €.

If we can't find the developer who is satisfied with our maximum budget offer, we need to expand our hiring platform. Which will be on the Indonesian Projects Marketplace.

Infrastructure Strategy

For our servers, we will use Hostinger as our server hosting provider. It will cost Rp. 6,512,148 → 335 € for 1 Year. The remaining balance we will use for CDN service from Cloudflare.

We will activate these:

argo

  • Argo Smart Routing: $5/mo for the first gigabyte (GB) of traffic then $0.10 per additional GB of traffic
  • Cache Reserved

The basic plan Cloudflare offered as the minimum is $5/month per service. We have to monitor the usage of these services to not exceed more than 15€/month.

It's simply because:

Remaining balance from Server = 182 €
The extra service =  15/m*12 ==> 180

517 - 335 = 182
||
||
182 - 180 (15*12) = 2

At the beginning of the product launch, we don't need Object Storage. We will utilize the server's local storage for the platform storage. We will scale our resources in line with the platform's growth.

Object storage is a highly scalable, flexible service that manages data as objects rather than files or folders, designed primarily for storing vast amounts of unstructured data like media, backups, and AI datasets. It holds data in a flat repository, utilizing unique identifiers and custom metadata for rapid, API-driven retrieval.

Launching Strategy

Software License Selling

After 2 -3 months of launch, we start to sell the Software/Script Source code from our own website and the Codecanyon marketplace.

After 4 months of launching, we started to advertise our Platform on YouTube, Google Search, and LinkedIn. In the current period, it is possible to advertise our software license on the following platforms: Telegram, Discord, GitHub, and Reddit.

Maintaining Platform

After the advertisement runs, we need to maintain the active platform to reach more audiences to use the platform. This period will take 6 months.

Updating & Expand Market

In the first year of launching, we collected our audience's suggestions to improve the platform's usability and to expand our engagement into a more diverse online marketplace.

Expanding Audience Reach

After our platform had settled for 1 year. From the revenue, we start to build the Mobile platform to reach more audiences. The Mobile development for iOS and Android breakdown:

  • Capital = 2500€

The Breakdown:

- Mobile Dev for iOS & Android      = 1500€
- iOS Developer Registration        = 99 USD/year
- Android Developer Registration    = 25 USD/lifetime
- Google Firebase/Firestore service = Pay as you go

From the breakdown, we have the remaining balance of 876€. These funds we will utilize for the advertisements. At this current period, the perfect platform to advertise our product is LinkedIn.

Why LinkedIn? LinkedIn is known for its best at connecting business owners and developers. Since our product targets startup owners and developers, this would fit the requirements.
